Full‑time Regular Coordinator, Marketing

Dino’s in the Faculty of Kinesiology is seeking a full‑time Regular Coordinator, Marketing. The Coordinator reports to the Manager, Communications and supports the planning and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives across digital, e‑marketing and traditional platforms. Responsibilities include coordinating campaign development, assisting with creative messaging and asset production, and overseeing distribution of physical and digital marketing collateral.

The work environment is fast‑paced and results‑oriented, with multiple simultaneous deadlines. The incumbent must be able to work under pressure and in a variety of environments and with a variety of people. The flexible work schedule is 35 hours per week, with the peak period from September 1 through April 30 each year. Weekend and evening work may be required during the athletic season.
