POSITION SUMMARY
The Engineering Coordinator position will provide direct support to the Director of Engineering in coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring the proper functioning of the hotel’s facilities in line with Marriott brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Director of Engineering:
Operational Coordination
Assist in the organisation and coordination of the maintenance team’s daily activities, including both corrective and preventive maintenance. Use available corporate platforms (GXP, BMS or others) to efficiently manage tasks and incidents. Interdepartmental Communication
Act as the main point of contact between the Engineering department and other hotel departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B, . Ensure smooth and effective communication regarding incidents, operational priorities, and follow-up of tasks.
