A Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high‑quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while consistently contributing to departmental targets.
As a Cook, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high‑quality dishes within company guidelines, preparing all mise‑en‑place, keeping all working areas clean and tidy, ensuring no cross‑contamination, assisting other departments as needed, maintaining good working relationships, reporting maintenance/hygiene/hazard issues, complying with hotel security, fire regulations, health and safety and food safety legislation, being aware of departmental targets, and being environmentally aware.
