Main duties and responsibilities
Cultivating a team culture focused on exceptional service, every time, for everyone. Upholding consistent standards in presentation and products, regularly assessing opportunities for improvement based on feedback from client and staff. Ensuring the entire team adheres to relevant legislation, company policies, and professional standards (COSHH, EHO, Food Hygiene) to minimize risks for customers and staff. Following standardised recipes and portion control to maintain consistency. Liaise with Nursing Staff to ensure that residents’ dietary needs are being always met.
