Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Korean premade meals for supermarket sales, including Kimchi, Kimbob, soups, and more.
• Prepare sushi, rolls and other items.
• Assist in menu planning and recipe creation.
• Maintain stoves ready for cooking, ensure products are signed properly and in code compliance.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Train and guide other kitchen staff.
• Keep the kitchen clean.
