ABSA Help-U-Sell transfers

ABSA Sheriff transfers

ABSA legal bond cancellations

Standard Bank EasySell transfers

Liquidation transfers

Conveyancing systems: DM11 and E4

Key Responsibilities:

Handling Transfer registrations and related transactions

Ensuring compliance with Bank’s processing guidelines

Liaising with Banks, Clients, and Attorneys to facilitate Transfer and Bond Cancellation transactions

Preparing and managing Transfer and Cancellation documents and securities efficiently
