Join Canadian Energy Metals as a Controller and lead financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance. This hands-on role requires IFRS knowledge and deep accounting expertise.

In this position, you will report to the CFO and take ownership of day-to-day accounting processes including ledger management and financial close. With your CPA designation and 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, you will build the financial categories needed for future growth and potential public listing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS
• Manage the journal entries and reconciliations during close
• Direct accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and treasury functions
• Lead the budget planning and variance analysis process
• Build accounting policies suitable for a lean organization
