Our client is market leader in the development of IT outsourcing solutions for the financial services sector, with 400 million euros in turnover, over 150 customers and 2,600 employees.

The company is now looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic lawyer to join their legal team in Milan.

You should have a solid expertise in drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts, ideally IT agreements, outsourcing agreements, software license agreements and contracts, IT licenses, global franchise, distribution, agency and concession agreements, procurement contracts and privacy as well.
