Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, amendments, and addenda to ensure they meet company requirements and legal standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including legal, finance, procurement, quality, engineering, and senior management to understand and characterize contract requirements and risks.
• Maintain accurate records of all contract documents, including tracking key deliverables, compliance milestones, and renewal dates.
• Identify potential areas of risk in contract terms and propose solutions to mitigate risk.
