Position Details
**As a Contracts Administrator, a typically day might include**:
- Preparing customer contracts/documents, including some independent drafting and negotiating within established guidelines.
- Preparing contract summaries and communicating with project and sales teams.
- Communicating with both internal and other parties to resolve issues with proposed contracts.
- Delivering training to internal customers as required.
- Effectively using contract management systems including report generation, maintenance, project updates, and authorizations.
- Other duties as assigned.

- You have 1+ years’ experience drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating contracts.
- Have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills in English (required), Spanish (required), and Portuguese.
