This position requires a background in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, or Geriatric Services, along with a nursing degree. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure adherence to evidence-based practices. Your role will also include onsite education for nursing staff and the development of relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in a related healthcare field
