Base pay range CA$50.00/hr - CA$56.00/hr

Contract Terms 12 month contract + possible extensions

Required Skills & Experience

3-4+ years of experience in UX Writing / Content Design

Agile experience, specifically working with technical stakeholders

Strong sense of collaboration with various stakeholder groups and ability to adapt to various working style

Strong communicator, dependable, and a go-getter who can work with stakeholders to drive clarity about user needs and business objectives, advance our design practice, and advocates for the user

Comfort working in ambiguity and creative spaces

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Specific experience within banking or other financial institutions

Accessibility experience

UX research experience

Knowledge or experience in retail investments
