Lead transformative Contact Center AI modernization in the Greater Toronto Area with a hybrid model. This six-week contract role focuses on designing scalable CCaaS solutions with an eye on data flows and AI workflows.
As a Solution Architect, you will design end-to-end CCaaS architectures, collaborating with stakeholders in business, technology, and delivery. Your expertise will shape secure, scalable solutions, converting CX objectives into actionable technical frameworks, while assessing current integrations and performance gaps.
