We are seeking a proactive Safe Data Exception Program resource who will own the end‑to‑end governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Safe Data Exception program. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to assess and approve / reject exception requests (USB, FileShare, Webmail), drive a reduction in exceptions, manage incident follow‑ups, and deliver knowledge, training, and process enhancements to safeguard J&J data.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate all new Safe Data Exception requests (USB, FileShare, Webmail) from a Data Security perspective.
• Target: achieve an annual 20% reduction in exceptions.
• Resolve pending requests within the same day or the next business day to align with SLA.
• Document decisions with clear justification and communicate outcomes.
