Analyze and assess current organizational structures, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. Partner with HR and department leaders to align organizational design with talent management and workforce planning needs. Conducts regular audits of the organizational structure and recommends changes to make the organization more efficient Designs and maintains the job matrix of all jobs in the organization Design and recommend organizational models that align with business objectives, promote agility, and improve workflow.
