Responsibilities

Design and project manage programs linked to strategy and business priorities, drawing upon your own skills, knowledge and structured information gathering from key stakeholders within each client. Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, balancing solution design, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, timelines and quality across varying industries Client interviews with CEOs and business leaders to develop an understanding of their company’s key levers for driving profitability and growth Facilitate senior level workshops and seminars, to develop business acumen, leadership, or innovation, and manage change.
