The Lead Supervisor Group in VAME CPX focuses on technical proficiency and subject matter expertise for installation and commissioning of Vestas wind turbines.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operations of CPX Site Execution.

The right hand of the Construction Manager.

Plan all day‑to‑day work for technicians and manage all site activities from first component delivery to last turbine handed over to Service.

Mentor, train, and coach site personnel.

Qualifications

Technician Tech III Level (or comparable).

Worked on and/or learned turbine installation on a Vestas Construction Project.

Performed mechanical walkdowns.

Ran a turbine commissioning crew.

Full working proficiency of standard office computer/software skill set.
