Lead commercial tenant improvement projects with a growing general contractor in Surrey, BC. Oversee projects ranging from $2M to $10M in diverse sectors including office and retail.
This Construction Project Manager role encompasses the full lifecycle of commercial projects. You'll manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control while coordinating with subtrades and clients. Close collaboration with Site Superintendents ensures schedules and quality standards are met, making this a vital role in project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage projects from pre-construction through to closeout
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
