Project Manager – PMO (Duties & Responsibilities)

  1. Project Planning & Execution: Develop, manage, and continuously update detailed project plans (Gantt charts) for real estate development projects. Break down projects into actionable tasks, milestones, and deliverables across all pre‑construction phases. Ensure all timelines, dependencies, and critical paths are clearly defined and tracked.
  2. Pre‑Construction Coordination: Coordinate all activities from land acquisition support through permitting and ready‑to‑build status. Manage the flow of information between architects, engineers, surveyors, and consultants. Ensure all plans, documents, and technical requirements are complete and aligned before construction begins.
