Construction Manager – Townhome Portfolio

Working with a developer seeking a Construction Manager to support a growing townhome portfolio.

This is a developer-side role overseeing multiple projects from DP through to completion, focused on coordination, consultant management, and vendor/trade selection rather than hands-on site execution.

Looking for someone with wood-frame multi-family experience who has recently delivered a townhome development end-to-end and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with the Vancouver DP process is an asset.

Salary: Up to $170,000
