Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Brighton Mountain, NB, Canada

Duration: 1.5 Years

Pay Rate: $49.00 per hour on T4

Note: This site is operating 7days/week. The intent of having two Construction Manager is to have them working 7 x 12hrs/day on alternating weeks (i.E. 7 on, 7 off). The financial hours are based on one construction manager working 84 hours every two weeks (one shift on, one shift off).

 

General Functions:

The Construction Manager acts on behalf of client and is responsible for planning and execution of work at the construction site. This includes managing all site activities, conducting site meetings and regular reporting to the Project Manager. A Construction Manager is typically assigned to larger or more complex projects.
