BuiltADU is hiring a fully remote Construction Estimator to support our U.S.-based construction projects in Southern California. This role is ideal for international candidates with experience estimating U.S. residential construction or strong exposure to U.S. plans and standards.

BuiltADU specializes in installing manufactured and modular homes across Southern California. We also work with private clients and local municipalities on repair and remodel projects, ranging from small residential jobs to larger multifamily scopes.

• Preparing detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for U.S. residential and light multifamily projects
• Reviewing architectural, structural, and site plans
• Developing accurate pricing with strong cost awareness
• Supporting project teams with clear, well-structured estimates
