Construction Delay, Disruption, Acceleration & Termination Claims

Productivity Claims & Manpower and Resource assessments

Differing Conditions, Change Order and Alternative Design Claims

Course of Construction Claims

Direct & Indirect damages, GC’s, Overhead costs, & Escalation

The applicant should ideally possess 5-7 years of claims evaluation experience, coupled with foundational field experience in project management, construction estimating and schedule management extending to commercial, industrial, infrastructure, institutional and ideally, oil and gas projects.
