Position Overview The Construction Administrator for Landscape Infrastructure Projects / Project Manager / Lead Landscape Architect plays a critical role in bridging the gap between design and implementation. This position oversees the construction phase of landscape architecture projects, ensuring that the design intent, quality standards, and technical specifications are realized in the field. Working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants, the Construction Administrator is responsible for managing communication, documentation, and quality control throughout all stages of construction.
Contract Administration
Administer construction contracts in accordance with applicable standards (e.g., CCDC, OPSS, municipal requirements)
Interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents
Review contractor submissions including:
Shop drawings
Material samples
Method statements
