We are looking for French speakers (C2+) to join our multinational BPO client's team in the capacity of Customer Service Representatives to support users of a consumer credit platform. You will handle customer inquiries, provide account assistance, and ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
Prior experience is not required-you will be trained to be fully prepared for the role!

Working Schedule
Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 19:00 (rotational shifts)
Saturday: 08:00 – 15:00
2 days off (Sunday + 1 rotational weekday)
