We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Oslo.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Installing and configuring computer systems.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Providing guidance and training to end-users.

Qualifications

• Experience working with various operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
• Knowledge of networking concepts.
• Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems is preferred.
• A customer-oriented attitude and good communication skills.

Contract Details

This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. Candidates must have a valid work visa for Norway.
