We are seeking
a motivated and highly organised Computational Research Assistant to join Dr Hannah Currant’s research group. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to biomedical research focused on reproductive ageing, hormonal medication response and ovarian biology. The post-holder will support a programme of research using electronic health care records to study drug response, alongside omics analyses of ovarian data. Working closely with Dr Currant, collaborators and other members of the research group, the successful candidate will carry out high-quality data analysis, contribute to study design and statistical analysis plans, and help prepare findings for publication and presentation. Applicants should hold an undergraduate degree in biology, bioinformatics, statistics or a related discipline, and have proficiency in R or Python.
