POSITION OBJECTIVE

The Sr. Composite Engineer will be the onsite Molding Process and Materials Expert to Launch New Platforms, Processes and/or Materials and Optimize the Quality, Productivity and Cost for the fabrication of Fiberglass Hulls & Decks for Personal Watercraft. The Sr. Composite Engineer will be supporting the Production Team in delivering a Safe, Quality and Efficient product to our Internal & External Customers. In addition, the Sr. Composite Engineer is a technical reference and participates in increasing the level of knowledge in CFC.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in the evaluation and development of new processes, materials & suppliers with the Product Engineering and Procurement Teams
• Work closely with the Product Engineering team to launch new platforms and optimize the current ones (for the Molding Process mainly)
• Develop and monitor the Paint & Structural Repair Procedures
