Pinchin is recruiting for a Compliance Specialist to join the Finance & Administration department in Canada. This is a full‑time position that can be based out of Atlantic, Ontario, or Manitoba on a remote or hybrid basis. The Compliance Specialist will provide backup support to our Security Clearances team and perform additional ad‑hoc duties as required.
Responsibilities
Vendor Onboarding
- Respond to all requests for vendor onboarding and evaluate vendor submissions to ensure they meet Pinchin’s requirements.
- Enter vendor setups in Vision and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable during payment cycles.
- Follow guidelines and consult the risk team for exception reviews; correspond with executive staff regularly.
- Track WSIB and WCB for all vendors in each province’s online database and update Vision for out‑of‑compliance vendors.
