Purpose
As a member of Worley’s general Compliance team, you will promote and manage the Speak Up programme focusing on the Ethics hotline cases and produce Management Information Reports.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the triage of reports received by the Speak Up team
- Lodge reports on behalf of Reporters in the confidential case management system
- Assist with updating and maintaining the cases in the confidential case management system
- Liaise with investigators to follow up on actions
- Liaise with Reporters of concerns
- Assist with the production of management information reports
- Monitor and answer queries that come through the Speak Up mailboxes
- Assist with monitoring and tracking that all remedial actions are completed
- Deal with ad‑hoc administrative requests from investigators regarding assigned cases
- Assist with the promotion and awareness of the Speak Up programme
