is looking for a
Compliance QA Specialist
to join its global Quality & Audit organization. This is a high‑impact role supporting GxP compliance across worldwide manufacturing sites.
What You Will Do
Support GxP compliance across global pharma manufacturing sites
Prepare for and participate in FDA/EMA inspections
Plan and execute internal GxP audits
Monitor regulatory changes and perform gap assessments
Harmonize global QMS processes and workflows
Analyze and report compliance KPIs to Quality leadership
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or similar
5–10 years of QA/Compliance experience in the pharmaceutical industry
(manufacturing preferred)
Strong cGMP knowledge (FDA 21 CFR, EU GMP Annexes)
Experience with quality systems (TrackWise, SAP, etc.)
Excellent English communication ski...
