Your new role

As the Compliance Officer, you will:

Ensure compliance with regulations and National Standards and adherence to Professional Regulatory bodies.

You will stay informed on standards and government publications for services in the disability sector.

Maintain accurate HR systems/electronic filing in a timely manner and ensure up-to-date personnel records, HR metrics, and statistics

Proper archiving of files and preparation of information as per requests from relevant authorities are vital tasks.

Ensure compliance with relevant circulars, policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as adhere to GDPR guidelines.
