The Complex Spa Manager is a results‑oriented leader who directs staff at one of our Flagship locations to the highest level of customer service and operational excellence, overseeing multiple Equinox Spa locations.

- Hiring & Training of Spa Desk Staff
- Scheduling Desk Staff
- Coaching of staff
- Service revenue goals
- Retail revenue goals
- Event planning
- Direct client outreach
- Direct client in‑reach
- Product inventory
Qualifications
- Customer Service experience
- Management experience and/or experience in Hotel Spas is preferred
- 1-2 years Spa Experience
- Massage Therapy and/or Esthetics licensure and/or experience is a bonus
