Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support employee benefit programs and provide dependable day-to-day assistance across benefits, leave, and workers’ compensation activities. This position is based in Plymouth, Minnesota, and plays an important role in maintaining accurate records, helping employees understand available programs, and supporting compliance-related reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while handling sensitive information with discretion.

• Oversee recurring benefit administration tasks, including reviewing insurance invoices, reconciling benefit accounts, and confirming accurate cost allocations.
