Excellent analytical skills, ie ability to identify problems and propose solutions independently;
Business Development in Total rewards and Pay Transparency topics, market eminence and networking;
Ability to lead a project team;
Project management skills and experience from larger projects;
Analytical skills: Excel and PowerPoint skills in excellent level are a must, Power BI and other technical tools are advantage;
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively up to C-level;
Business acumen skills;
A university degree;
Excellent Polish and business English, as our clients are also based outside Poland.
