Position Details
What You Will Do:
- Leads the local preparation and delivery of Integral C&B/HR processes (i.e., Merit & Bonus).
- Provides guidance, training and services to local and international HR Business Partners, Payroll and HR Administration in the areas of Compensation, Benefits, Pension, Collective Agreements and Mobility.
- Ensures compliance with local legislation, market competitiveness and harmonization across local entities by proposing relevant adjustments to existing C&B, Mobility, Pension and Labor Relations policies and guidelines within a country.
- Oversees the local administration of Benefits/Pension programs and manages vendor relations.
- Participates or leads local C&B or HR projects.
- Responsible for the development of practices and regulations aiming for increased organizational efficiency within the own country cluster.
