Company Lawyer

Pineda Consultants Group is an international consultancy firm in Architecture, Engineering and Project Management. We lead project in the industrial, logistic and residential sectors, operating primarily in Spain, France, Belgium, Germany and Italy.

We are looking for a Company Lawyer to join us on-site in our Barcelona headquarters.

Main responsibilities:

• Review, draft and negotiation of contracts with clients and suppliers.
• Tax consulting, especially related to IVA.
• Document management and regulation compliance.
• Legal support in commercial operations and international projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Previous experience in corporate legal advice (preferably in technical or industrial sectors).
• Solid knowledge of commercial contracting and taxation (IVA).
