Job Summary

We are looking for a Communications & Design Production Specialist to support our Communications department in this one‑year contract opportunity. You will play a key role in advancing the school’s acquisition, retention, stewardship, and fundraising goals through the production of high‑quality, timely, and strategically aligned communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of recurring communications projects across the annual calendar, including reports, campaigns, event materials and institutional documents
• Establish and enforce workback schedules, ensuring stakeholders meet content deadlines
