Drive impactful communication strategies at CTC as a Communications Consultant. Elevate employee engagement through expert content creation, channel management, and strategic narratives.
You will serve as a key communications lead, reporting to the Manager of Communications, Content Strategy & Channels. This role requires strong writing and storytelling skills, ideally backed by 5-7 years of experience in communications or public relations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated communications plans that enhance business priorities and employee understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design integrated communications plans for key initiatives
• Manage stakeholder engagement for major projects
• Write and adapt content for various platforms
• Advise on content strategy improvements for effectiveness
• Analyze engagement metrics to inform content enhancements
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of communications or PR experience
