A well-funded global data centre developer is building out its Nordic platform, and needs a Commissioning Director to own the function across the region.

This is a build-it seat, not a run-it seat. You won't be inheriting someone else's processes - you'll be setting the commissioning strategy, writing the standards, selecting and managing the Cx agents and vendors, and growing the team as the estate scales. Backed by a multi-billion pipeline, so the runway is real.

It suits someone who's topped out at a major operator or EPC and wants to own a function rather than maintain one.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading commissioning across the Nordic portfolio, from design review through to handover
• Building and owning the Cx and QA/QC framework, standards, and documentation from the ground up
