How You'll Make An Impact

As a Commercial Sales Leader for Net New Logos at Boomi, you won’t just manage a team—you’ll build one. You’ll own the full performance of a team of sales professionals, setting the tone for what excellence looks like and holding yourself and others accountable to it. You’ll translate company strategy into ground‑level execution, driving consistent pipeline generation, revenue growth, and a culture where high performance is the expectation, not the exception.

This is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver office, with in‑office days Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What You'll Do

• Own the team’s quota attainment end‑to‑end— from pipeline creation to close—and proactively identify and address gaps before they become misses
• Operate with rigor— run tight forecast calls, maintain pipeline hygiene, and use data from SFDC, Clari, and Gong to drive disciplined, insight‑led decision‑making
