This is a new role and a genuine opportunity to work at the forefront of AI in customer service. The role can be based in our Helsinki, Oslo, or Stockholm office. You'll work across our portfolio of customer service solutions, collaborating with customers, sales, and engineering to drive the commercial development of AI capabilities.
