Our client, a respected full-service law firm in London, Ontario, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their growing litigation team.

The successful candidate will support a busy commercial litigation practice with a focus on creditors’ rights, enforcement matters, and general commercial disputes.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation and enforcement matters from open to close
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, motions, court forms, correspondence, and related litigation documents
• Manage court filings, service of documents, and limitation deadlines
• Conduct legal research and review applicable legislation, procedures, and regulations
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and third parties regarding file progression
