Commercial Insurance Associate at HUB International – working closely with Producers and Marketers to service commercial accounts and build long‑term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist producers and marketers with all aspects of servicing commercial accounts.
• Meet existing clients’ needs and process documentation such as Certificates of Insurance, Cover Notes, Renewals, Proposals, Endorsements, In‑House Policies, invoicing, finance contracts, and customer correspondence.
• Review and ensure accuracy of policy documentation from insurers before forwarding to clients.
• Contact clients for renewal information and take client calls to answer coverage questions.
• Accept and process online quotes, negotiate with insurers on coverage and price to best meet client needs.
