A summer student position in the team of Commercial Banking at National Bank Lethbridge means acting as a commercial credit analyst. Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of the Lethbridge Branch credit portfolio and assist with new lending opportunities as needed.
• Assist with monitoring of the existing portfolio, completing annual reviews and reviewing compliance reporting to ensure accuracy.
• Work in close collaboration with other associates on credit submission requests and ensure that credit and collateral files are updated in a timely manner.
• Conduct credit analyses of maturing loans according to the bank’s standards and formulate recommendations that help guide decisions.
