About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide customers with prompt service by giving advice, helping customers understand insurance, and addressing concerns.
- Receive and process all incoming commercial paperwork.
- Assist with quotes, write new business, review existing coverage, and update customer files.
- Prepare documentation for insurers, complete applications for new clients, and issue insurance certificates.
- Process endorsements, invoice, and follow up on payments.
- Communicate with insurance companies, negotiate with underwriters on behalf of customers, negotiate renewal terms, and follow up with adjusters on claim status.
