Become a key player in Procore's Sales team as a Commercial Account Manager, engaging with strategic mid-size accounts. Leverage your software sales expertise to maximize customer renewals and expansion.
This role reporting to the Account Management Manager could be based in Toronto, ON, or remote. The ideal candidate will have over five years in B2B sales, using consultative methodologies to build trusted customer relationships. You will collaborate with various teams to drive product adoption, ensure retention, and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as main contact for geographical territory accounts
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Customer Success teams
• Research and identify key account champions
• Maintain accurate forecasts and sales reports
