Union Power Insurance Brokers and FirstOntario Insurance Brokers are seeking a focused, entrepreneurial Commercial Insurance Producer / Commercial Account Executive to expand our commercial client base within union and construction sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive, independent sales strategy to generate new commercial business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with union organizations, contractors, and business owners.
- Identify client needs and design tailored insurance solutions across various commercial lines (property, liability, construction, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client support.
- Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Represent the brokerage at networking events, industry functions, and union engagements.
