Responsibilities
- Update and maintain accurate delinquent accounts information and records
- Prepare and provide regular reports on debt collection activities and progress
- Adhere to all state and federal collection laws and regulations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely payment of debts
