The CNC Mill Machinist sets up and operates 3-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision components in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on optimizing setup times, maximizing machine utilization, and ensuring all parts meet exact specifications and tight tolerances through accurate machining and thorough inspection.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate 3-axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts in both low- and high-volume production runs.
+ Optimize setup times and maximize machine utilization to improve overall productivity.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and route instructions to understand part specifications, dimensions, and required tolerances.
